From time to time we are faced with the death of a loved one and are thrown back onto the rawness of life. Nothing can fully prepare us for this time of grief and deep transition. The ritual and ceremony of the funeral can be both necessary and meaningful in helping us accept, acknowledge and come to terms with our loss, helping us to grieve completely.
